As a Showroom host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing Lookers with a world-class experience.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will benefit from extensive knowledge, support, and ongoing training opportunities to develop your career within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for our customers
- Ensuring the dealership is kept tidy and presentable at all times, along with making sure customers are taken care of
- Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment
- Assisting with general administrative duties in the dealership with accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer-facing role requiring work over the phone and via email
- Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism
Qualifications
You will take pride in maintaining high standards to keep our showroom tidy and welcoming. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you should demonstrate confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, friendly, and approachable, with a professional manner.
Experience in a similar role, handling various responsibilities, along with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, is important.
