Community Nurse

Tripod is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Community Nurse to join a supportive team providing high-quality care within the Salisbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about community nursing and making a direct impact in the local population s health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.

• Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns appropriately.

• Administer medication and manage wound care.

• Support hospital discharge and prevent unnecessary admissions.

Requirements:

• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).

• Previous community nursing experience is desirable but not essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.

Location: Salisbury
Pay Rate: GBP20.45 per hour
Contract: Full-time, 3 months initially
