This well renowned Company is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to assist the successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand of their services. In return you can expect an excellent package and to receive ongoing support as well as training and development to ensure you maintain the company's high standards.
The role:
- Dealing with customers and worldwide distributors
- Ensure a prompt and friendly approach to all customers in line with Company guidelines and manufacturer standards both at the reception and on the telephone.
- Raising sales invoices and allocate receipts
- Posting all purchase invoices, staff expenses and payments to suppliers
- Take responsibility for client queries and problems where appropriate, ensuring that all client information and any other relevant information is accurately taken.
