Quantity Surveyor M&E / MEP

Quantity Surveyor – M&E – London A well-established, medium sized construction consultancy, with offices throughout England, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with M&E experience to join its London team. Providing quantity surveying, project management and CDM consultancy services, the practice specialises in the retail, office/commercial, leisure/hospitality, and residential sectors. The role of Quantity Surveyor – M&E The successful Quantity Surveyor will undertake all the roles of a project/senior project surveyor, plus cost planning, reviewing contractor’s submissions, and client variations. You will also be agreeing final accounts on the services parts of commercial, retail and residential projects.
