Care Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organised Care Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an office-based in Letchworth role with regular travel . As a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our commissioned care services. You will be the first point of contact for the day-to-day operational needs of the Care Team and the individuals we support. The Care Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring compliance, coordinating care delivery, and maintaining effective communication with staff, service users, and stakeholders.
