Training Consultant

Network Healthcare are seeking a confident and motivated Training Consultant to support the induction and ongoing training of our Domiciliary Care Staff. This role is crucial to maintaining high-quality care through professional training. Locations : Dursley, Stroud, Swindon. Key Responsibilities : * Deliver induction Training to New Carers * Conduct annual Refresher/Update Sessions for experienced Staff * Cover Topics, such as, First Aid, Moving & Handling and CPR plus many more. * Support Training compliance and maintain accurate records Ideal Candidate Will Have : * Healthcare or Social Care background (Preferred) * Experience Delivering training (or willingness to train as a trainer) * Strong Communication skills and ability to travel between locations * Confidence in delivering hands-on and Classroom-style Training Sessions What We Offer: * Part-Time (2-3 days per week- With potential to Increase) * Company car included / Salary package * Supportive and Friendly work environment * Full Training is provided.
