Supply Chain Manager – S&OP + Distribution * £60,000 – £65,000 * Essex * Monday to Friday Responsibilities: * Oversee demand and supply planning, forecasting processes, and alignment with business objectives. * Ensure efficient business planning and data-driven decision-making to support operational excellence. * End-to-end supply chain optimisation * 3PL management. * Liaise with other departments. * Liaise with other wider supply chain function * Capacity planning * Reporting and business analysis * Optimisation of intake & production planning of raw materials * Optimise material scheduling * Management of current team of 7 Requirements: * Experience in supply chain management or logistics * Strong understanding of S&OP + Distribution * Proven ability to manage multiple 3PL’s. * Experience with ERP systems
