We’re looking for a compassionate, driven, and dedicated Family Support Worker to join our Early Help Team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide structured, evidence-based parenting support tailored to individual family needs.
  • Work directly with children and young people, promoting their emotional wellbeing, school attendance, and personal safety.
  • Act as a key worker, leading on Multi-Agency Plans (MAPs) and liaising with schools, healthcare professionals, and social services.
  • Develop and regularly review individual care and support plans, ensuring they meet service standards and deliver real impact.
  • Maintain accurate case records and contribute to a strong safeguarding culture across our services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience working with children, young people, and families in a support or key worker capacity.
  • A sound understanding of early help, safeguarding, and multi-agency working.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • A Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant field such as Health & Social Care, Youth Work, or Early Years.
