Job Description: As a Customer Service & Sales Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting and retaining clients while helping grow key accounts. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring they receive world-class service, and will drive commercial activities forward alongside the wider business development team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and processing sales orders via phone and online systems
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts
