Our client, who are a well-respected and highly-reputed, have recently been acquired by the UKs largest organisation within their industry and as a result, are looking for local people to join their rapidly expanding teams. Although they are a large company, they maintain their “small and independent” culture so finding local applicants who can go above and beyond for their clients is very important to them.
The role will involve speaking to clients about their quotes and dealing with day-to-day enquiries about their account. There will be NO COLD CALLING involved and every customer you speak to will either have made an enquiry or have been a previous client. There will also be a small amount of Administration involved in this role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with both of these elements.
Experience/skills required:
- Telephone based Customer Service/Sales experience is essential
- Minimum grade C or equivalent in Maths and English at GCSE level
- Good written and verbal English
- Proven team working skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A passionate and entrepreneurial mindset (Many of their most successful business opportunities have come from team members!)
- Ambitious (Our client only promotes from within, everyone in a leadership position started out as a Sales Consultant– They give you all the tools, all they ask from you is the desire to succeed.)

This is a full time, permanent role with Monday to Friday hours of 8.30am -5pm and every other Saturday 9am-12pm.
