Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the commercial management of all live projects. * Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise profitability. * Manage contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. * Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. * Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects. * Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the engineering or construction industry. * Strong understanding of commercial and contract management. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Willingness to travel to London as required.
