Agricultural Operative

Production Operative – Agriculture Sector (Full-Time) – Lincolnshire We’re recruiting for a full-time Production Operative to join a well-established team in the agriculture and food production sector, based near Lincolnshire. This role offers hands-on experience with a variety of specialist processing equipment in a busy and rewarding environment. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a seasonal, yet consistent industry. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor cleaning, treatment, and packing lines * Load and prepare products for dispatch * Carry out basic maintenance and support general plant operations * Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards * Record key production data and follow operational procedures What We’re Looking For: * Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with machinery * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to seasonal demand * IT literacy and comfort with digital systems * A forklift (counterbalance) licence is a plus – training available * PA1 and PA11 certification is desirable – training provided if required What’s Offered: * Full-time, permanent role * Full training across all areas of operations * Competitive hourly rate and benefits * Supportive, team-focused environment * Opportunities for development in a specialist production field.
