Role: Early Career Teachers (ECTs) Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Salary: £125.00-£168.80 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications) About the role: You’ve trained hard, now it’s time to put it into action. Heart of Supply is working with schools across Lincoln, seeking passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are excited to inspire, learn and build real classroom confidence. You’ll be supported in developing your teaching practice while gaining hands-on experience in real classroom settings. From delivering engaging lessons to building your classroom presence, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills, connect with great schools and take those first important steps in your teaching journey. About the school: We work in partnership with a wide network of welcoming, well-supported schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, including primary and secondary schools, academies, local authority provisions and specialist SEND settings. Whether you’re passionate about early years, KS2, or supporting pupils with additional needs, we’ll match you with schools that align with your skills and values. As a Heart of Supply educator, you’ll be part of a growing team that’s making a real difference in the classroom, gaining valuable experience across diverse environments.
