Office Administrator Swindon £26,000 – £28,000 Per Annum Our client are an well-established and independent engineering company, they service the precision engineering sectors. They are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their growing team! Office Administrator Roles and Responsibilities: * Be responsible for sub-contract RFQ’s and update the company system * Assist the storeman in identifying sub-contract jobs * Communicate with suppliers via the system and delivery reports, chasing suppliers to achieve deadlines * Book in parts, and send out dispatch reports to suppliers * Assist with sub-contract invoice queries * Be responsible for traceability of the MRP system * Book in Gauges from production, set up production sheets * Maintain Vendor appraisals for new and existing suppliers * Cover basic purchasing and sales functions as required * Double check Processed Orders The ideal Office Administrator will: * General Office Administration experience, with experience in Data Entry Microsoft Excel and Word * Experience of preparing and typing general correspondence, photocopying, scanning and filing of documentation * Have experience of using internal databases/ MRP systems Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 / Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 27 years.
