Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in London. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes working with clients to understand their hiring needs, identifying and attracting top-tier talent, conducting interviews, and providing consulting advice on best hiring practices. Collaboration and communication with both clients and candidates will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Recruitment Agency/Corporate environment with a desire to place Finance/Accounting professionals within a Recruitment Agency,
- Strong Business Development abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
