With a strong emphasis on fostering a welcoming, home-like environment, they strive to ensure that everyone can live life to the fullest, all while receiving top-notch care from experienced and trained social care professionals. This role is based in Morecambe and the home provides accommodation and individualised specialist support to six adults diagnosed with autism and/or learning disabilities.As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the home and will be expected to use your skills and knowledge, whilst working closely with the Directors, to drive the business forward focusing on key metrics, like occupancy, agency use and overall CQC rating.
