This is a brand-new, office-based role created to support the Managing Director and bring structure to our operations. You’ll help streamline internal systems, track commercial work, manage service schedules, and act as a professional point of contact for clients and partners. It’s the perfect role for someone who is exceptional with systems, reliable, and takes real pride in their work. You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to make the role your own and become an important part of how the company functions and grows.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage internal systems using spreadsheets, Trello, or other tools
- Track quotes, job progress, and commercial project timelines
- Liaise with commercial clients, suppliers, and stakeholders professionally
- Maintain service schedules across equipment and facilities
- Keep HSE records updated and act as the internal contact for our external advisors (Stallard Kane, Gainsborough)
- Provide occasional support to our marketing efforts (e.g. supplying updates or images to the marketing team)
You’ll Succeed If You’ve
- Strong experience in business admin, operations, or workflow support
- Confidence using software and cloud-based tools (Excel, Trello, Google Docs, etc.)

You’ll be working alongside the Managing Director and his wife, who currently handles phones, invoicing, and ordering. While she’s experienced in the day-to-day, we’re looking for someone to support her with improving digital systems, organising files and documents on her PC, and helping create a more structured and streamlined office environment overall. A calm, respectful, and helpful attitude is essential — you’ll be a key part of making things run better for everyone.
