Warehouse Operations Manager Late Shift

Are you a tenacious and motivating manager with experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced, energetic environment? We are looking for an Operations Manager on the late shift to join an excellent FMCG business.

Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage.

The role involves managing a busy 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work across varying late shift patterns (2pm – 10pm) is essential.

You will lead and motivate teams of up to 30 – 100 people, ensure productivity targets are met, track KPIs, and monitor Health and Safety, among other responsibilities.

The salary is up to £55,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and other benefits.
