Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Service and Maintenance Engineer Duties: * Carry out a wide range of service and maintenance works on air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Diagnose and fault find, replace components, maintain, and commission a variety of air conditioning systems such as VRVs, VRFs, splits, ASHPs, and multi-splits, as well as AHUs. * Work across London and surrounding counties on commercial and domestic sites. * Provide excellent customer service on-site and uphold the company image. * Complete site reports and commissioning documents within the time frames given by office management. * Complete F-Gas records, waste transfer notes, and track all refrigerant with the Job Logic software. * Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Skills: * Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems. * Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals. * Ability to learn job monitoring software for maintenance tracking and scheduling. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and other departments. * Customer service-oriented mindset.
