A growing consumer-focused brand is seeking a CRM Manager to lead its lifecycle marketing strategy and drive customer engagement across acquisition and retention. This is a fast-paced environment where data-driven decision-making and creative campaign execution go hand in hand.
As CRM Manager, you will take ownership of the entire CRM function, from managing customer lists and segmentation in Klaviyo to executing daily campaigns and automated flows. You will work across teams including customer service and design, using insights and data to optimise performance and ensure the CRM strategy supports wider sales and growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining customer lists, segments, and automated flows within Klaviyo
- Planning and delivering daily CRM campaigns, with a focus on A/B testing and performance optimisation
- Tracking key performance metrics and reporting on engagement, deliverability, and conversions
- Ensuring workflow hygiene and data accuracy, regularly auditing for relevance and impact
- Collaborating with customer service to align strategy with sales goals and fill the sales pipeline with high-intent leads
- Working with the design team in Figma to produce engaging and on-brand campaign creatives

About You
- Proven experience in a CRM role, ideally at Manager level

- Data-driven, with a track record of using analytics to inform CRM strategy
- Confident in managing segmentation, list hygiene, and customer journey flows
- Experience across both acquisition and retention marketing
- Skilled in campaign testing, optimisation, and reporting
- Familiarity with Figma is a plus
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative
