Sales Manager - Events

Our client based in North Leeds is looking for a permanent Sales Manager to join their Events team. Are you a driven and strategic sales professional who’s passionate about making a difference? In this role you will be identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue to support charitable activities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement a results-driven events sales strategy aligned with organisational goals
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, or clients
• Manage and grow existing relationships to maximise long-term value
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling proposals and offerings
• Track performance, report on KPIs, and adapt strategies based on insight
• Lead and motivate a small team (if applicable), fostering a high-performance culture

Who we’re looking for:

• Results-focused, with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experienced Events and B2B and B2C sales professional
• Confident in building relationships and negotiating with a range of stakeholders
• Strategic, commercially minded, and able to spot growth opportunities
• Passionate about social impact and motivated by working for a purpose-led organisation
