Our client has an opportunity for a CAMM Systems Design Engineer to join them on a contract basis for 12 months with potential for extension.
Location: Stevenage - 1-3 days onsite per week depending on need
Hours: 37 per week
Clearance: BPSS required to start, full SC to follow
Hourly Rate: Up to £80 via umbrella, inside IR35
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for the bid strategy for Systems as part of CAMM Obsolescence phase 2.
- Coordination of multiple sub-system stakeholders to deliver the Design Assurance and Certification plan for CAMM Obsolescence phase 2 at Missile level.
- Support to CAMM Export certification.
- Support to Land Ceptor ICBS certification.
- Status reporting into the Project leadership team.

- Experience in system engineering, especially in the areas of:
- Requirements management and Use Case analysis
- System architecture design, justification and traceability
- Interface definition
- Design assurance and verification planning
- Certification
