Edge Careers are working on behalf of our client that’s looking for a highly organised and proactive β€˜Construction’ Office Manager to join their growing business and oversee the daily operations of their business. This a full time role and a permanent position. Hours are typically 8am to 4:30pm but there is flexibility around this depending on personal circumstances. We are looking to speak with individuals that have previous experience working for a Construction company that ideally have a strong background in document control, site/office administration and office management. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, have great interpersonal skills and are able to build great relationships with both clients internal staff. Responsibilities: – Financial management of sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accurate tracking of transactions – Responsible for Payroll and timesheet management, keeping accurate recording of hours worked and compliance with employment regulations. – Liaise with employees regarding payroll queries and maintain confidentiality of payroll information – Acting as the central point of contact between site teams, Directors, internal contacts, and subcontractors for document flow and updates. – Prepare regular reports on document status, version control, and support audits as required. – Organise office and project meetings, ensure action points are documented and followed up. – Supporting staff, providing administrative support to the office and site teams including onboarding, timesheets, and training coordination. – Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities to support the business and project teams efficiently. – Ensure compliance & quality Control, making sure all documents meet regulatory, client, and company standards before distribution. – Coordinate and book accommodation and transport for site teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective arrangements – Maintain and update staff training profiles, tracking certifications, expiry dates, and renewal requirements If you\’re interested in this role, click \’apply now\’ to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV
