Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a visitor and retail supervisor to join our client in St Andrews in a full-time role. The Role  Leading the visitor and retail team, developing their skills to ensure high levels of service are provided to customers at all times. Key Accountabilities Be proactive in identifying ways to continually enhance the visitor experience Manage the day-to-day visitor and retail operations Setting and monitoring associated KPIs and sales targets Supporting the visitor and retail team leaders with daily and weekly banking procedures Managing and over-seeing the visual merchandising of the store Supporting the team leader in the management of the stock withing the store Overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance and development of the ticketing enquiries Overseeing the planning and production of staff schedules Expertise Experience of working in a supervisory and management role Strong understanding of sales and merchandising methods Confident in the use of technology and Microsoft Office Experience of cash handling and working with EPOS management systems Budget management experience Experience of liaising with external stakeholders HNC/D level qualification or equivalent experience
