A highly respected primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking a compassionate and capable SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. You will be part of a warm, well-organised school where SEN support is embedded into daily practice - not an afterthought.

- Transport Links: Located within walking distance of Hammersmith and Barons Court stations (Piccadilly, District, and Hammersmith & City lines). Easy access by bus from Fulham, Shepherd's Bush, and Kensington. Limited local parking available.
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language challenges
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans
- Supporting learning both in class and through targeted small group sessions
- Helping pupils with emotional regulation, focus, and social interactions
- Promoting independence and confidence in the classroom
- Communicating progress to staff and parents where appropriate
- A strong inclusion ethos - SEN is integrated into every aspect of school life
- Experienced and proactive SENCO who supports assistants with weekly coaching
- Access to speech and language therapists and external specialists on-site
