The Role The role is to manage a team of Area Sales Managers who are focused on commercial sales with large distributors and sub-contractors selling the clients range of insulation products aligned for both commercial and residential projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for key account management with distributors and large contractors across the Southern territory, whilst maintaining a successful commercial sales team. You will also be responsible for recruitment and growth within the area. The Area Field sales role covering Southern UK. Including counties such as Greater London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Berkshire, Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Wiltshire, Bedfordshire and Gloucestershire. The Candidate The client is ideally looking to hear from candidates who have experience of insulation or roofing products selling via merchants/distributors or contractors. The client is also open to hearing from candidates who come from a construction sales background but must have commercial sales and management experience. They are looking for someone who is ambitious and target driven who wants to join a business where they can stay longer term and progress.
