Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional care and education for children in the Baby, Toddler, or Pre-School rooms. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early development. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, EYFS regulations, and health & safety standards. Monitor children\’s progress and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers. Work collaboratively with a supportive and experienced management team, led by the Senior Manager of the region. Organise and participate in unique outings, taking advantage of the incredible Westminster setting. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, ensuring children thrive in their learning journey. Requirements ✔ Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above) – Essential. ✔ Previous experience working in a nursery setting – Desirable. ✔ Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices. ✔ Passion for childcare – Dedicated to nurturing young minds. ✔ Excellent communication skills – Confident liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies. ✔ Ability to work collaboratively within a busy nursery setting. ✔ Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must have lived or worked in the UK for the last 3 years.
