We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Senior Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organisation.
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments.
  • Maintain an organised office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as required, supporting other team members to enhance overall productivity.
  • Be prepared to be flexible as per the requirements of the hotel.
