Were seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead the Frailty & General Elderly unit in a modern, recently refurbished care home in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fully staffed home known for its excellent standards of care.

As Unit Manager, youll take responsibility for delivering exceptional care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated nursing team. Youll oversee care plans, safeguard residents well-being, and foster a culture of respect and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the units nursing team
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care delivery
  • Maintain accurate care plans and clinical governance
  • Promote dignity, safety, and resident involvement
  • Engage with families, staff, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with care home experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and proven leadership experience
  • Confident in care planning, safeguarding, and team management
  • Committed to honesty, integrity, and high standards of care
