We’re working with a leading national law firm that is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant/Administrator looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing high-quality legal support, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and assisting fee earners with day-to-day tasks.

  • Supporting fee earners with document production, including legal letters, attendance notes, and hearing bundles.
  • Coordinating financial tasks such as raising invoices, processing purchase orders, and preparing financial slips.
  • Using case management software and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensuring compliance with firm policies, including confidentiality and data protection regulations.

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant/Administrator, or similar.
