The Head of Property Management will oversee the management and growth of the existing team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills. This role provides the successful candidate with a Board level role within the company. A proven track record or clear potential to perform this role will be key when assessing applications. Based across their offices in Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth and Truro covering the SW. 1. Leadership and Strategy: – Develop and implement strategic plans for the property management Service. – Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property managers and support staff, ensuring continuous professional development. – Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team. 2. Portfolio Management: – Oversee the management of the Services property portfolio, ensuring all properties are well- maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations. – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, tenants, and stakeholders. – Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide strategic advice to clients on property performance and investment opportunities. – Part time management of own portfolio of properties with support from local team. 3.
