The Deputy Nurse Manager will be crucial in ensuring high-quality care for residents and maintaining strong relationships with external care professionals, families, and the internal team. What we’re looking for: Registered Nurse: Registered Nurse with NMC registration. Experience in Senior Role: Previous experience in a senior nursing or management role. CQC Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC standards and healthcare regulations.
