Generalist HR Advisor Office-based in the Sheffield area. The role includes a mix of:

  • Employee relations casework
  • Employee lifecycle work
  • Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
  • Line manager coaching and advice
  • HR data analytics
  • Recruitment support
  • HR project work

The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:

  • HR Advisor level experience with substantial ER experience
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards this
  • Experience working closely with line managers to empower and advise
