Join the team behind London’s most exciting hospitality brands. As Recruitment Manager, you will be right at the heart of our People Team, working side by side with leaders across Arcade, from our founder and GMs to Ops and supporting Heads of Depts, helping them figure out exactly who they need and then finding those people.

You’ll be the go-to for all things Talent and Recruitment, whether it’s hiring incredible chefs, front-of-house stars, sharp ops managers, or senior office roles (yes, even the C-suite). One day you might be interviewing someone who’ll run a kitchen, the next you’re mapping out a plan to find a brilliant head of department.

This is a people-first role that needs someone who’s super organised, loves putting in structure, but also genuinely enjoys chatting to people and getting to know what makes them tick. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling exciting role vacancies, but you won’t be doing it alone; we’re a close team, and we’ve got your back.

If you’re equal parts people-focused and process-savvy and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment… we want to hear from you!

Here’s who we are looking for:

  • Someone who loves people - and thrives on conversations, building connections
  • Is super organised - loves a spreadsheet and doesn’t let the details slide
  • Enjoys putting structure in place, but knows how to stay agile
  • Has experience and is excited about recruiting across a range of levels - Restaurants to office
  • Wants to be part of a business that’s growing and opening up new restaurants

Please note that this is an Office / Site based role, Monday - Friday.

Here’s what you’ll own:

  • Working with hiring managers to scope roles and write job ads that sound like us
  • Finding and attracting top talent, whether through job boards, headhunting, referrals, or just good old-fashioned networking
  • Managing the full recruitment process, from the first hello to offer to pre-boarding
  • Keeping track of it all, setting up clear processes so nothing (and no one) falls through the cracks
  • Making sure candidates have a great experience, even if they don’t get the job
  • Looking ahead, planning for future hires as we grow, and keeping hiring on track as we scale

Our Benefits & Culture
