The Role: German-Speaking Recruitment Sales
This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role, where you'll use your German fluency to:
- Build relationships with clients and candidates in German-speaking markets.
- Source top talent and negotiate deals across Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
- Hit sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-rich environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Prospect and close deals with German-speaking clients.
- Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt freelancers, contractors and permanent professionals in the DACH region.
- Networking: Attend industry events and engage with stakeholders in their native language.
- Sales & Negotiation: Use your fluency to build trust and close placements.
Who We Want:
- Fluent/Native German speakers (business-level proficiency).
- Sales or recruitment experience preferred but graduates with language skills are welcome.
