My client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, telesales, and canvassing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
To succeed in this Business Development Manager role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales (essential).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to market changes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales principles.
- A valid driving licence (required).
