About the Role
As Clinical Director, you’ll lead a passionate team in delivering high standards of clinical care and patient service. You’ll have a key voice in shaping the future of the practice, from clinical protocols to team development. You will:
- Drive clinical standards and support the vet team
- Lead practice operations alongside the Practice Manager
- Get protected time for leadership duties
- Continue hands-on clinical work, split with leadership responsibilities
About the Practice
This is a busy, small animal practice with a loyal client base and an experienced, collaborative team. The surgery is well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, and dedicated surgical facilities. You’ll be supported by a strong nursing team and a Practice Manager focused on staff wellbeing and development. The practice encourages open communication, team growth, and work-life balance.
