An independent boarding and day Pre-Prep and Prep school for boys aged 4 - 13 years, situated in Summertown, Oxford. Catering for over 400 students and teachers daily, offering breakfast, lunch, and supper, along with some hospitality. This operation runs 7 days a week, with shift patterns typically 5 days over 7.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious Oxford location. Your role will be vital in maintaining the kitchen's hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

  • Pot wash duties experience is advantageous
  • Great team player
  • Assist chefs with food preparation
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards at all times
  • Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
  • Operate industrial dishwasher

We are looking for:

  • Kitchen Porter experience is preferred but not essential
  • Organisational skills
  • Good verbal English understanding and communication
  • Basic written English and reading skills
  • Experience in customer service or food prep environment is a plus
