The Company

A fast-scaling, $100M+ digital platform connecting pet lovers and travellers is hiring a Marketing Analytics Lead to drive data-led growth. With investment backing and a unique member model, the business is doubling down on performance and brand marketing optimisation globally.

The Role

This is a strategic and hands-on role owning multi-channel marketing analytics and attribution. You’ll work closely with the CMO and senior leadership, lead campaign and brand performance analysis, and manage 1–2 analysts. You'll also remain technical, using SQL and marketing tools to deliver insights that shape strategy across a fully digital business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own attribution modelling across paid, CRM, and brand
  • Lead incrementality tests and brand lift analysis
  • Work with the CMO and agencies to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Build dashboards and SQL-based self-serve tools
  • Manage and mentor analysts while remaining technically hands-on
  • Collaborate with data engineering to improve pipelines and reporting

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven marketing analytics experience (digital & brand)
  • Strong SQL and campaign measurement skills
  • Confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with tools like GA4, Supermetrics, or Mode
  • Team management or mentoring background

Desirable:

  • Experience with Redshift, BigQuery, or Braze
  • Knowledge of MMM or brand uplift modelling
  • Background in a digital-first or subscription platform
