Block Manager £40,000 DOE Birmingham City Centre My client is a highly professional property consultancy based in the heart of Birmingham. Due to expansion they are looking to hire an experienced Block Manager to join their well established team. Block management is the management of all matters related to the common parts of blocks of flats and other residential properties with shared grounds to ensure a high quality of maintenance and provide knowledge on best practice and health and safety matters. Key responsibilities: Responsible for managing a large residential portfolio apartments Arranging maintenance and liaising with contractors Setting service budgets and charges Hosting AGM meetings Negotiating costs with external contractors Meeting contractors on site and assessing work Managing health and safety records, actioning any necessary works Producing reports and correspondence Travelling between sites and acting as a key contact for all client queries To be considered for this role you must have block management experience JBRP1_UKTJ
