Help private healthcare clinics run on the platform of the future. Script Assist is transforming how private healthcare is delivered. We already power over 20% of the UK medical cannabis market, growing 15% month-on-month, and we’re expanding rapidly into other high-growth therapies.
We’re looking for a Healthcare SaaS Implementation Consultant to join our UK-facing team. You’ll be the trusted partner for clinics, pharmacies, and specialist prescribers — guiding them from onboarding through to long-term success. This is not support. It’s not account management. This is a senior implementation role with real strategic weight. You’ll run client delivery, improve operational outcomes, and directly shape the rollout of next-gen healthcare technology across the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and configuration for new clinic and pharmacy partners
- Run virtual training sessions with UK doctors, pharmacists, and admin staff
- Understand and map out client workflows — and configure the platform accordingly
- Work closely with product and support to deliver seamless go-live experiences
- Manage an active portfolio of clients and drive adoption post-launch
- Help build repeatable implementation playbooks as we scale
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 3–8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, digital health delivery, or EMR/EHR rollouts
- Have worked with UK private clinics, prescribers, pharmacies, or specialist practices
- Have experience with platforms like EMIS, SystmOne, PHRs, pharmacy SaaS tools, or similar
- Understand the realities of clinical workflows and private-pay compliance
- Communicate clearly, manage stakeholders confidently, and love solving real-world problems
- Want to grow quickly into senior strategic roles (ops, product, or commercial)
Why Join Script Assist?
- Real traction: 1 in 5 UK medical cannabis patients are already on our platform
- Fast growth: 15%+ MRR growth with major partners
- Serious product: Modular, white-labelled platform powering end-to-end clinic workflows
- Remote-first, high-ownership: Work directly with leadership on a product making a real difference
- Massive opportunity: Expanding into GLP-1s, TRT, and international markets in 2025–26
