THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload of property matters.
- Complex residential conveyancing (leasehold, freehold, registered/unregistered)
- Drafting contract packs and transactional documents
- Undertaking property due diligence and preparing reports on title
- Running your own transactions under supervision
- Supporting senior lawyers and taking new client enquiries
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers are welcome to apply.
- NQ–3 years PQE, with at least one training seat in residential property
- Some exposure to commercial property is desirable but not essential
- A proactive mindset and strong organisational skills
- Excellent research and communication abilities
- Confidence to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
