A new opportunity for a junior Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team.

THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of property matters.
  • Complex residential conveyancing (leasehold, freehold, registered/unregistered)
  • Drafting contract packs and transactional documents
  • Undertaking property due diligence and preparing reports on title
  • Running your own transactions under supervision
  • Supporting senior lawyers and taking new client enquiries

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers are welcome to apply.
  • NQ–3 years PQE, with at least one training seat in residential property
  • Some exposure to commercial property is desirable but not essential
  • A proactive mindset and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent research and communication abilities
  • Confidence to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
