My client, a leading search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Financial Services practice as an Associate. This is a rare opportunity to be mentored by a globally successful Partner in a top tier Executive Search firm.

Working with fast growth FinTech clients, Payments firms, challenger banks and established global banks on mandates including CEO, COO, CDO, CFOs - this role has a breadth of variety that should be exceptionally interesting for an ambitious Executive Search professional to excel. This Partner has a track record of mentoring Associates into Consultants.

The salary, overall remuneration and benefits are exceptional. You will either be an exceptional Financial Services recruiter with a desire to move into Search or an Associate working in Executive Search with a passion for Financial Services.
