We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Talent Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation that ensures residential and commercial buildings run smoothly, remain well-maintained, and provide residents with a seamless, high-quality living experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Location: Hertfordshire
  • Package: £28,000 per annum
  • Role Type: Part Time (3 days a week in the office) or Full Time (5 days a week, with 2-3 days in the office per week)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver a seamless and compliant employee experience that reflects and reinforces the company’s values and culture
  • Drive operational excellence through clear, consistent communication and efficient cross-business coordination
  • Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent to grow the team
  • Lead a structured, welcoming onboarding experience that sets new starters up for success

Main Skills/Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in the HR sector or a similar field
  • Proven administrative experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills with an approachable and professional demeanour
  • Proficient in computer applications and general IT systems
