🚀 We’re Hiring: Area Manager – Football Coaching (Full-Time)

📍 Location: Witney Based (OX28) Primary schools across the region (travel required)

💼 Salary: £18,200 – £20,000 (pro rata)

Are you a passionate football coach who loves working with kids and making a real impact through sport? We\’re a rapidly growing football coaching company, and we\’re looking for a fun, energetic, and organised Area Manager to help lead and deliver our exciting school-based football programmes—complete with our inflatable football pitch!

You’ll be working alongside another coach to run engaging sessions for children aged 5–11, with opportunities to grow into new areas like nurseries and evening programmes as the company expands.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• FA Level 2 Coaching Badge
• 2+ years’ experience coaching children aged 5–11
• 21+ years old with a full UK driving licence (1+ year)
• Fun, outgoing personality with strong organisation skills
• A love for creating high-energy, child-focused sessions

👍 Nice to Have (but not essential):

• DBS check, Safeguarding & First Aid certifications

📅 Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, up to 35 hours/week (8:30–3:30 or 10:30–5:30) + driving time

Optional weekend hours available
