Permanent Role – 40 Hours a Week
Shift Patterns:
- Morning Shift: 5:30 am–2:30 pm
- Day Shift: 8:30 am–5:00 pm
- Late Shift: 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Required to cover a Saturday morning shift on a 1-in-3 rotation, paid at 1.5x the standard rate (shifts are rotation but the team is as flexible as possible).

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure driver and vehicle availability, complying with legislation and company policies.
- Supervise daily vehicle checks and ensure operational compliance.
- Manage transport administration, including disposal data, timesheets, tachographs, and KPI reports.
- Work closely with fleet management to ensure efficient vehicle allocation and operations.
- Plan and allocate resources according to customer demands and tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Transport & Compliance: Preferably with a driver background, but strong office and administrative skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective and positive working relationships within and outside of the department.
- Customer service experience and a track record of meeting customer expectations.
- Good administration and organisation skills to manage transport operations effectively.
