Join our team supporting a key client site, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining IT service levels and supporting end users across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to IT support tickets for the local hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Maintain accurate stock control and asset management, including scanning equipment in and out of hub locations.
- Handle hardware repairs for in-warranty devices and coordinate with vendors for parts, replacements, and returns.
- Process IT equipment disposals in line with contractual obligations.
- Replenish IT lockers as needed.
- Support hardware rollouts, deployments, and break-fix activities.
- Flag potential service issues or improvement opportunities to the team leader.
- Adhere to all site regulations and internal processes.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.
- Experience with Intel-based hardware and device maintenance.
- Proven break/fix support experience.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, rollouts, and deployments.
- Confident working with laptops, including setup and imaging.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
