This is a broad and dynamic role that will involve supporting multiple teams across the business. Responsibilities will include advising on client matters related to fundraising and secondary mandates—such as drafting and negotiating engagement letters—as well as providing legal support for the firm’s internal investment vehicle and its investments into client-managed funds.
This role would suit a lawyer with ideally five to eight years post qualification working in a private funds practice or in house. Superb opportunity to work in a highly regarded legal team. Excellent remuneration, work/life balance and front facing too.
