We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in the Procurement and Source-to-Pay domain. This role will be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable, efficient solutions that streamline procurement processes and integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across procurement, IT, and finance to align technical solutions with business goals.
Role:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions within the Procurement module (e.g., Procurement, Purchase Orders, Catalog Items, Vendor Management).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow procurement workflows, forms, and automation.
- Guide development teams, review code/designs, and ensure solutions meet quality and compliance standards.
- Support data migration, system integrations (e.g., with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle), and third-party tool connections.
- Conduct system reviews and recommend improvements for performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow platform enhancements and procurement capabilities.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Procurement or Source-to-Pay modules.
- Proven experience in solutioning and integrating procurement workflows within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (requisition to order, vendor onboarding, catalog management).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CIS in Procurement or ITSM) strongly preferred.
