Your Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents and their families, guiding them through an exciting and emotional decision-making process.

  • Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For: Experience is not essential — we’re looking for the right person, not just the right CV. You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • You will come from a Business Development Background
  • Deeply empathetic, with high emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to help others.
  • An excellent communicator whose patient, calm, and able to adapt your style to suit the needs of elderly clients.
  • Based near Sevenoaks, with the ability to attend the site daily.
  • Naturally sales-focused, with the drive to meet targets while maintaining a strong customer-service ethic.

What’s on Offer: Basic Salary: £45,000. Realistic OTE: £65,000. Great benefits package: To be discussed at interview stage.
